GF items clearly listed on display. GF soy sauce packets available on request (next to cash register). Lots of GF options available. They also have a clearly labeled allergy information on their website for all items. Cannot comment on cross-contamination , but I am highly sensitive and eaten here twice, several different rolls at a time with no issues.
