Sushi Kan Orleans

This is an all you can eat sushi restaurant and the owner was absolutely amazing at helping me navigate what I could have. The sushi was delicious and he took very good care to review my orders and spoke to the kitchen staff to avoid cross-contamination. He also suggested modifications. He used to own a gluten-free bakery and he knows what he's talking about. i'm very excited to have this restaurant in Orleans!!
