The server was very patient and checked with the chef about which rolls contained gluten. Interestingly, both the imitation and real crab are mixed with gluten-containing ingredients. She was worried about the salad dressing, so I got a lemon squeeze on my salad. Basically, I wasn't able to order any rolls, so I had a Chirashi Bowl.
