They are so nice & accommodating! GF options aren’t marked on the menu but the waitress went over the whole menu with us, highlighting which items (like miso soup & salad dressing) weren’t gluten free. The rolls were delicious and our new favorite dish is Sake Don (12 pieces of salmon sashimi over sushi rice). When we ordered again online and I indicated Celiac, they called after I submitted my order to go over their precautions and make sure it was okay. They also have GF soy sauce!
