Review of Sushi Maeda

Tasty sushi rolls for takeout! I called ahead and they said they clean all surfaces when preparing for celiacs. They also have gluten free soy sauce when dining there. The menu is well labeled in terms of what is gluten free and where certain sauces need to be left off.
