Our waiter, Johnny, seemed extremely knowledgeable about celiac (noted he had a prior boss who has it) & he went above & beyond to make sure I had a safe meal. He made sure I knew not to taste my husband’s soup, brought out tamari sauce, and even researched to make sure the spicy mayo would be okay. 10/10 recommend & would eat here again given the opportunity.

This was the only safe place on this app for the airport. Eat here.
It’s got a little bit of everything on a gluten free menu but nothing deep in one area. Still very easy to find something to eat. Great staff (Sieuw was my server) actually, decently priced and tasted good. Probably some risk of cross contamination as always with sushi but I’m writing this after eating, before my next flight and I’m good. I’d definitely come here again.

Had a great experience. They had a gluten free menu with additional gf options on regular menu (edamame). Great tuna roll with side bottle of tamari. Celiac and no issues.

Si uno lee los ingredientes encuentra en letras pequeñas que contiene trigo, el personal es muy poco profesional, desconocen la condición y además habla de forma grosera. No lo recomiendo

Gluten free sushi options to go or dine in, gluten free soy sauce. Staff knowledgeable. I was very nervous first time about having airport sushi but it was good and this is my fourth time here and I am alive!

They have a limited menu, there are only a few rolls on the menu and some entrees. I got a roll (can’t remember the name of it but it had tuna and avocado), and shrimp pad Thai. Neither was very good. Normally I love both sushi and pad Thai. I know there are super limited options at the airport, but the pad Thai just tasted like hot salt. I asked for GF soy sauce - which didn’t help, I only ate a few bites. Next time I’ll roll the dice on pizza. They also add gratuity and we accidentally double tipped!

Separate gluten-free menu clearly listed which sushi options are or could be made gluten-free. They even had gluten-free pad Thai (made with gluten-free soy sauce so not the same flavor but I didn't mind!) The proprietor was very knowledgeable about gluten issues, e.g. saying they don't put masago in the gluten-free rolls because sometimes it's gluten-free and sometimes it's not. They even had gluten-free soy sauce packets. I can't speak to measures to prevent cross contamination, but it generally felt safe for the items I ordered.

I was very happy to find this place! They do have a gf menu. Had the university roll and some shrimp fried rice. No adverse effects!

Thank God for this place. This airport is abysmal. I had gf fried rice and it tasted very good. They knew exactly what they were doing and advertised that they had gf in the front of the restaurant.

I had the “Whole Foods” roll. It was great. Server pointed out multiple menu items that were GF or could be prepared GF. They were out of GF soy sauce, but she offered me the Spicy Mayo and it was delicious.

I went there after trying the pizza place and not getting anything there. I asked at the counter if they had any gluten free options and the woman who took my order told me I could get the fried rice. I ordered the veggie fried rice to-go and she even offered me certified GF soy sauce packets, which was nice. I don’t know how safe this place was but I was hungry, short on time and it was the best I could find at the airport

Service was terrible, food was terrible and I left with a trip to the restroom! Avoid if you can!

They are not gf friendly. Was turned away as they said they didn’t do gf food. Disappointing since this is listed on this site. Do appreciate the honesty.

Great place to eat for the gluten free traveler at Miami Airport. The server was knowledgeable and they took the time to clean the grill without us asking. My son was able to enjoy California Rolls (with gf imitation crab) and Fried Rice (upon request with gf soy sauce). There was a great selection of sushi, sashimi, a few salads, Poke, etc that were available. We were thankful to find this option before our long flight where eating onboard is a huge challenge!!
Other reviews for other locations said they had GF sushi but this one did not. Or the server didn't know. She said all the rice used for sushi was not GF so got cucumber instead of rice in roll. Then she said all the soy sauce was GF. I asked to double check and then she brought out the GF soy sauce. I won't go back. Would not have eaten there if it had been a group.

Delicious Thai, Japanese and sushi. Most can be made gluten-free and wait staff was very aware and attentive to our needs.
