Celiac-friendly sushi. I was craving sushi and stumbled upon this restaurant. They were very patient and spent 20+ minutes on the phone walking through the entire menu with me. They have a lot of GF options and flagged everything with gluten (tempura, unagi, etc.). They provided GF soy sauce as well with takeout. I went back once more to confirm it wasn't a fluke. :)
