Candidate for best sushi of my life. The service was excellent, fish was very fresh, and they made alterations to the items in the omakase courses that didn’t feel like a big compromise. Example: instead of miso soup they served a clam soup that was really delicious.
They used a separate fryer for my food and even had a separate chef handle my sushi. Fried items used a light amount of rice flour.
Staff knew some English and were able to communicate most things without issue. My fiancée is Korean though so we weren’t solely reliant on English to explain things.
