Review of Sushi Ming Japanese Kitchen

Ordered sushi takeout, and the manager got on the phone to explain how they could make the sushi gluten free including using regular steamed rice since their sushi rice might have traces of gluten in it. I was very impressed! Very clean, friendly, and professional! Highly recommend!
