Review of Sushi Ming Japanese Kitchen

They were great - explained that their sushi rice is made with vinegar that has gluten in it and made us sashimi with plain white rice instead. Brought out GF soy sauce and steered us to GF choices on the menu. We had GF mochi for dessert and everyone left full and happy!
