This was our regular sushi place before our kids were diagnosed Celiac. We decided to speak to our server and she was amazing and very knowledgeable. She knew everything in the menu that could be gluten free - the miso soup, they have gluten free tempura batter and a shared fryer. She also knew to switch out the crab to real crab before I even mentioned it. And they have tamari. The chefs have had training by a celiac nutritionist locally. Not all servers are super aware- so just make sure they speak to the chef! I took my Nima and it tested safe- we’ve eaten here probably monthly and my super sensitive 11 year old has never had an issue. Very happy. And delicious.
