I called to order take out and the person on the phone informed me that they did not know what was gluten free and declined my requests for them to ask a chef or a knowledgeable colleague. In fact after asking for clarification from someone else, they informed me that they aren’t not gluten free because they use soy sauce. It was a really frustrating experience and not worth even trying.

Very good sushi. I am highly sensitive and so long as you stick to the clean rolls without sauce, you will be good. My favorite dishes are Refreshing (no sauce, sub soy paper for seaweed) and Scorpion (no sauce).

The staff were very knowledgeable about menu and what sauces and dishes contained gluten. They have tamari available and were able to make substitutions and serve without sauces or on the side. Sushi was very fresh. Staff was friendly and more than happy to accommodate despite it being busy. Fast service. Will be a repeat customer.

I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful selecting sushi without wheat. They have tamari upon request, so you don't have to carry your own. The fish is always fresh and they don't weigh it down with all the sauces that make it challenging at other venues. note: I have a wheat sensitivity, not celiac, so potential cross-contamination is not a problem for me.
