Review of Sushi One

They claim they have a gluten-free menu, but of the 2 sushi rolls they claim are gluten-free, both came out with surimi (imitation crab meat), despite me asking specifically 3x to clarify with the chef that another alternative be provided. I also asked for gluten-free Tamari, but the bottle was not brought out to me only a bowl of sauce. Against my better judgment, I ate my meal, which was delicious, but not gluten-free. As a pregnant celiac, I am very upset at the waiter/chef for assuring me these items were gluten-free (though despite my suspicions I only have myself to blame for eating them). I wouldn't recommend this due to clear lack of understanding and blatant "gluten free" mislabeling on their menu.
