This isn’t a gluten free restaurant by any means, but I was able to do their AYCE no problem by getting nigiri and a few select rolls. They apparently have GF soy sauce (I brought some) and the spicy Mayo is safe, and is their nori.
My sushi chef was Phil and he was great, even went and double checked a dish was safe for me without me having to ask him to.
Would recommend for celiacs.
