Nobody had any idea what gluten was. I left with just overpriced sashimi because I didn't want to risk anything else.

This location in particular has done a great job keeping me safe. They have/use GF soy sauce upon request and you can also get real crab meat in your sushi as well. I love their GF soy sauce fried rice with chicken and veggies and I am not a huge sushi person, so I just get a real crab meat California roll or a veggie roll.

They are very knowledgeable about what you can and cannot eat. Miso soup and tempura batter are not GF unfortunately. We love this place!
