This has become my favorite sushi spot. There are a few rolls clearly marked gluten free but also they have been very accommodating with other options outside of rolls. Every time I go here I get the all you can eat option. I get a separate menu, write gluten free at the top and pick my choices. They will do things that can normally be gluten free such as edemame but they also have made me my own salad dressing and will make the teriyaki chicken without sauce. I’m very sensitive celiac and do not have reactions! Even when I finish with the ice cream!
There’s a small gluten free selection with tasty options, but I did not feel comfortable with cross contamination efforts and didn’t feel my questions regarding allergens were understood. There is gf soy sauce available.
Had two delicious roles! They have a small but good gf menu and tamari sauce to go with! The waitresses seemed somewhat confused by the cross contamination aspect and I had to say gf soy sauce instead of tamari but I didn’t get sick after, they change gloves and clean their stations from what I could see, so I felt safe. Highly recommend for some good sushi
