They can modify most items. They have gluten free soy sauce (tamari). The atmosphere is nice.

I ordered the deluxe sushi plate. I didn’t notice it included Toro. I never planned (for my life) to eat this. It was really good. But I don’t plan on having more.

The tuna roll was amazing. They pounded or maybe ground the tuna. The roll was jam packed. It was the best tuna roll I’ve ever had.

No gluten free menu but wait staff is knowledgeable about gluten free options. I had two yummy delicious rolls (spicy jalapeño tuna and one other I forget). They were knowledgeable about cross contamination and everything. Great experience
