You can find Sushi Sushi outlets in just about every shopping centre/strip throughout Melbourne. As it is a franchise the menu is the same all over, and they have a designated menu listing all the gf options, of which there are several. They also supply gf soy sauce on request. A fast and cheap option in shopping centre food courts where it can often be a challenge to identify coeliac friendly foods.
Yes
Excellent sushi, well labelled for allergens.
All kept in the same fridge.
The same tongs used to touch outer seaweed wrap so risk of contamination.
Tasted good and the quality was excellent.

Amazingly fresh sushi that is clearly labelled. No seating, takeaway only and really reasonably priced

This is a good takeaway sushi shop because they label the ingredients in their nori rolls so it’s easy to avoid gluten. They also ONLY provide gluten free soy sauce with your nori rolls. Win win!

I contacted Sushi Sushi head office, because I wasn’t sure how gluten free their food was. They told me it is not safe for coeliacs
