Amazing Japanese restaurant. They are knowledgeable about gluten and walked us through what was safe. I usually order sashimi at sushi restaurants and their fish was fresh and delicious. If you’re ordering edamame, make sure to tell them to cook in fresh water since they normally cook edamame in water used for noodles.
