Super disappointed at the lack of gluten free options. They offered a baked salmon roll, edamame, and a veggie spring roll. They did offer to make any sushi roll I wanted without any sauces or crab meat, but who wants to pay top dollar for rice and unseasoned fish? We left without eating. Takara is great for GF, as is Sushi Fever.

I was extremely impressed with the owner/chef’s knowledge of gluten free ingredients. They checked on me continuously. He made incredible sushi and made sure all ingredients were gluten free. I HIGHLY recommend this delicious sushi restaurant.
