Very accommodating of my coeliac vegetarian son. Made in front if us.
When I made the booking I explained my situation and the lady wrote everything down to give to her manager. The staff were extremely helpful and understood cross contamination was an issue. They prepared my sushi with new gloves, board and knife and it was made right in front of me. I was given my very own bottle of gluten free soy sauce on arrival. I ordered very carefully off the menu and I ordered everything that I was going to eat in one order, so they didn’t have to repeat the process. This was the first time I felt 100% confident eating sushi out since I was diagnosed with severe Coeliac disease a year ago. I am a VERY cautious GF eater so I haven’t marked this celiac friendly as they don’t have separate fryers or a separate menu etc but the staff we very helpful and wanted to accommodate me as best they could. I will be returning for sure!
