I tried this sushi restaurant based on a google a google review that the chef knew how to handle gluten free food. I was not disappointed. After my husband grilled him about how careful he was in his prep, the chef said he caters to many celiac customers. Very reassuring to say the least. He was able to adapt almost everything on the menu. There is no dedicated fryer so nothing fried was added. The sushi was delicious and fresh. My order came with GF soy sauce. We’re 3 celiacs in my household and none of us have had any reactions since eating it a few days ago. The order did take quite a long time to prepare, but now that I know that I would just plan ahead and order way earlier.
