Review of Sushi Yama Japanese Restaurant & Asian Bistro

Went here to get some sushi after seeing the reviews here. Server was unknowledgeable, served me a dish with eel sauce and tempura flakes after I had requested not to have either on my plates, and then she gave me resistance about removing the item from my bill and/or remaking the dish. She was convinced I could just "scrape off" the tempura flakes and sauce. I do NOT recommend.
