They are so careful with gluten allergies! When you tell them you’re gluten free, they take it seriously and let you know what you can and cannot eat. Never had a bad experience!

For those without celiac and just gluten sensitivity, the miso soup is safe. I’ve heard mixed reviews but I have tried it myself and I was good! I am very sensitive to gluten contamination. Hope this helps
