Great fresh sushi with lots of menu options that can be made GF. The menu doesn’t list the GF options, but the staff and chef are very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease and they are willing to go above and beyond to make your sushi safe. If you tell them you need your food to be GF they will make the rolls with special rice and will mix new spicy tuna. This is literally my favorite place to eat sushi in Tucson. Have eaten here a ton and never been sick. The miso soup is not GF but they will make that super clear if you forget.
