I did the BYO sushi and it was very good, 10 pieces for around $9. They charge you per item inside the roll. When I told them I had celiac/gluten allergy, the person who took my order told the sushi chef who then changed gloves, got a new sushi mat, new cutting board, and washed his knife. I felt very comfortable. Obviously there is a risk of cross-contact since they are reaching in bins to put inside your sushi, but since the majority of sushi fillings are gf, I I felt okay with it. I didn’t get sick. They also provide gf soy sauce.
