The sushi and sushimi was amazing. We had a very long wait for our food at lunch time. I told the waiter three times I needed to have gluten-free food, but something wasn't gluten-free. My stomach was really acting up after. They did bring me gluten-free soy sauce though.

The waiter was very well informed, however the menu is severely limited in GF choices. They do seem willing and able to adjust a few things. I stuck to the salad with vinegar and oil and some plain salmon rolls and yellowtail sashimi.
Very well-informed server who made sure I could have specially made sushi without ingredients that may have contained gluten. They also have gluten free soy sauce which I didn't even know existed. Overall a very nice experience and their Sushihana (without the mayo) was too die for!
