The staff was very knowledgeable about which menu items were gluten free, my only downside was there was only 2 items. The lava nachos and the yellow tail Sushirrito. I ordered the yellow tail Sushirrito and it was delicious. Staff happily changed their gloves and got a totally new knife from the back to cut the Sushirrito. I wish they would use gluten free soy sauce in their marinade bc I would love to try their tuna! I have celiac disease and am very sensitive to cross contamination and I did not get sick.
