This is one of the very best restaurants with a gluten free menu I have been to since being diagnosed with Celiac's disease almost two years ago. There are many gluten free options, all with their innovative sauces and pairings unrevised from the original menu. Also, they brew their miso in house, so there are no worries about barley contamination. Do not miss the sea bass robato, or the sweet chili tuna quinoa handroll. Last, the decor was lovely, and the service attentive.
