Delicious gelato. They have gluten free cones and made sure to clean the scoop they used well. I didn't get sick after eating here twice, but used my commin sense when ordering as some of the gelato is obviously not gluten free.

If you are celiac, don’t waste your time. Everything is cross-contaminated, and while the staff were polite, they made it clear that I was wasting their time and mine in the shop. Go to Grom instead - fantastic gelato, and definitely gluten free!

Not Coeliac safe. Dispute having gluten free cones, the staff member advised me nothing is safe as cross contamination begins from the facility where the gelato is made, then the obvious crumbs from scooping into regular cones on site. A shame as it looked delicious.

They tell you straight out that they cannot guarantee a fully gf experience. They warn you of potential cross contamination. The gelato is delicious and gF cones are offered at an extra fee. Delicious gelato. If you wish to risk it, go right when they open to avoid cross contamination.

While they do have gluten-free cones that are separately wrapped, they told me they could not prevent cross contamination. The workers there did not even really try to scoop out gelato from the place that was untouched. They also said that crumbs can fall down from the gluten cones into the gelato. They did clean the spoons beforehand, but I’m not sure how well. The gelato was delicious, but I didn’t feel very safe. I might have had a reaction after, but it’s hard to tell on trips when I’ve been eating out a lot.

Excellent gelato! This is the best tasting gelato I have had so far throughout the country! Gluten free cones are wrapped individually and the staff was able to quickly tell me which flavors had gluten so that I could avoid, even though there is an allergen card on the wall. I tried the toffee and caramel flavor and it was so good!

Best gelato my husband and I have had since we’ve been in Italy! Gluten free cones individually wrapped and it was sooo good! So nice to have a cone again! He got the pistachio chocolate and I got the hazelnut chocolate! We’ll be back again before we leave!
