Tips
Don’t order the edamame if you’re coeliac as it is cooked in the same water as the noodles. Always let staff know you have coeliac disease and ask if what you’re ordering can be prepared separately.

There are several options for GF ramen as well as some sides. Whilst they warn that they cannot guarantee no cross-contamination, the kitchen does have a dedicated GF fryer and the GF noodles are always cooked separately to the non-GF noodles. My go-to order is either the vegan pepper ramen or the teriyaki tofu donburi, with agedashi tofu and kimchi on the side. Beware of the edamame though as it is cooked in the same water as the non-GF noodles!
