Super cute restaurant in teeny Vik, Iceland. They had 2 gf appetizers, about 4-5 gf entrees (3 big salads, the char fish & 2 Thai chicken options) plus 2 gf desserts (meringue and a carrot cake). What can I say, there are 3 restaurants, 2 gas stations, 1 teeny grocery store and zero stoplights and here we have a wonderful little restaurant offering gf options. Wonderful?
