they had a good size GF menu- double sided, with a generous amount of sushi options! as well as instructions for ordering other items from the full menu by applying the necessary modifications. my server brought out the tamari in the bottle with it's product so I could be confident they take it seriously. amazing :)

Sushi and ceviche!! What a great combination! They have pretty big GF menu. Highly recommend the jalapeño roll. They did not have GF soy sauce but I brought my own.
