Review of Suzea's Gluten Free Cafe

I live in the SF Bay Area, and we have nothing like this wonderful gf cafe! This is food prepared with love, integrity and knowledge. The owner is celiac and the facility is dedicated gf. We started with a giant, amazing latte with coffee from a local roaster. Then a grab and go cheese and ham bun with a fried egg on top. Heaven! Pillowy and delicious, possibly the best gf savory I’ve ever had. And THEN, the most ridiculously good apple topped waffle! The apples are from the owner’s daughter’s farm, made into a compote with fresh apple juice. The waffle is the perfect texture, made with yogurt and eggs. And this is topped with a fresh whipped cream with cinnamon. We marveled at every bite: just the right level of sweetness, plus flavor that only comes with top quality ingredients. We bought a gorgeous whole grain bread, bagels, hand pies and cookies to take home. This is a amazing place. Check the website for hours (now open 3 days a week). You’ve got to eat here!
