Review of Suzie Wong's on Madison

This was the first place I had Pho before I was diagnosed with celiacs, i was surprised to hear from a waiter that "everything" could be made gluten free upon returning with some friends. I was in town for an event that was within walking distance of the restaurant, so we came back the following afternoon. After telling the waiter what I wanted I was not surprised, but disappointed to learn that the Pho could not be made gluten free, but that the kitchen could use chicken broth to make my soup. It was very tasty & satisfied my craving, I just wish that their entire staff was knowledgable about the menu.
