We called ahead of time to see if they were gluten free. They understood what being gluten free meant and assured me that most of the Indian food is GF, but to call and ask about specific items. Once I knew what we wanted, I called to make sure what we were going to order was GF. I then indicated on the order that all ingredients need to be GF. We got it delivered and it was delicious as always. We have eaten from here in the past but This was our first time ordering GF and My partner who has celiac had no problems.
