They make an effort considering they have such a small kitchen. I mentioned to the person taking my order that I have a gluten allergy and he said they use the same surface but they would clean it for me. I didn’t notice any contamination symptoms. I had the gluten free pancakes which were pretty good! Worth trying because they care!

I came in with some friends for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised to find they had GF items. I'm also soy free so I often have to ask lots of questions since many GF products have soy in them. I asked about GF pancakes and was told by the very helpful server that the GF flour was a rice flour and that the only thing they added was buttermilk to the mix. He did not know if the mix had soy because it came prepackaged and did not list ingredients. I then asked about the GF bread and he said they got their bread from a GF bakery and again the packaging did not list ingredients. But, the server went out of his way to call the owner and came back and told me they get their GF bread from Deanna's Bakery in Escondido. That website says: . All of Deanna's Products are baked in a 100% Gluten Free Bakery in Escondido, California, U.S.A. Our Breads are Soy Free, Nut Free, Tree Nut Free, Corn Free, Dairy Free, Shellfish Free and of course Gluten Free. Don't know if Deanna's also provides their pancake mix...I forgot to follow up. Food was delicious! They use canola oil to fry their foods. Enjoy!
Thus place is delicious, however if you are celiac, they use the same toaster for regular bread which defeats the whole purpose of gf bread! I have Celiac and did not get sick but they need to educate and train their staff. Just ask lots of questions to be safe.
Great food. Gluten free options on the menu but staff didn't seem very informed when asked questions. 4 stars for staff not seeming friendly towards children but food was excellent.
Their gf pancakes are so delicious! I had them once about two weeks ago and hadn't stopped thinking about them. My husband took me back and I love them even more!

The server said the omelettes are cooked in a separate pan so probably one of the safer items. My celiac son had a Denver omlette and liked it. He had the GF toast on the side another day and was fine. We have eaten here with 2 celiac people at least 4x, and never had any issue. They also offer GF French toast.

Had a delicious omelet with fruit. Gluten free bread is toasted on the same griddle as the other bread. Some items marked gluten free (waffles, pancakes) but would be worried about cross contamination here.

Waitress was good about checking for allergens, but their gf bread/waffles/pancakes are all cooked/toasted in same equipment so do not order if you have celiacs

I got sick a couple hours later. Very tasty but a lot of regret.

Good variety options, I ordered a sandwich with gluten free bread. Bread was toasted when I got it and I had the server double check it wasn't toasted in a gluten toaster but it was. She was very kind, but clearly did not know about gluten free. I asked them to remake it not toasted and the bread fell apart almost instantly. I was very disappointed as I was told this place was very good for gluten free :(
