I’ve enjoyed pumpkin bread, pumpkin donuts, snickerdoodles, apple pie, and much more! I am sensitive to gums in baked goods, so I can’t eat too much, but it tastes delicious!!! You may also purchase frozen pasta dishes from a local catering company that is effective at gluten free catering.

Very good products overall. The bread is a little too much like pound cake for my taste but the dinner rolls & snack mix are great! This place is EXTREMELY pricey!!!

Definitely one of the MUST VISITS if you are in the area. I've visited the place 3 times during my week visit in the Chicago area. The bakery is entirely GF and makes all sorts of goodies, like scones, cheese Danish, all kinds of cupcakes, lemon bars, and not to mention great bread and buns. She also has frozen items like lasagna. All the items I've tried have been terrific. I've gone to Franks on First, a hot dog/hamburger restaurant next to the bakery that use the buns from Ali's for their GF hot dogs and burgers and found them to be the best buns I've experienced since I began dealing with my Celiac. The buns are moist and hold together really well, and have a good flavor. What a joy it was to actually enjoy eating a hot dog or hamburger on good buns! The bakery does have online access and will ship items. I haven't investigated that yet, but will once I'm home in Utah. This will be a place you will truly enjoy and return to repeatedly when you are in the area.

My sister bought cinnamon rolls for us to share and they tasted just like homemade cinnamon rolls my mom used to make! We live in Indiana and I will be back out there in the not too distant future just because the desert was THAT good!! 100%Celiac Friendly as well.
So many options for those who must be GF! I'm grateful we're so close.

Absolutely amazing - went here for my birthday and would drive here again (from 9 hours away) just to buy one of everything. The toffee bars were incredible. Also the cupcakes and cinnamon rolls. They had so many different choices and a dedicated facility.

Best baked good you'll find in Chicago area. A must stop if you're from out of town.
This bakery is amazing. Best cupcakes I've ever had. Can't wait to go back!
The cheddar biscuits are delicious
Love this place. Ever since I found out I'm gluten intolerant, I noticed how select my choices are, it is rare to have these many choices. I can eat ANYTHING I want there!!! They even cater to dairy free/gluten free (not everything, but a decent selection). They are a bit pricey, I always spend at least $50 when i go, but I feel it's worth it. Everything is made to taste like they should, not dried out like some gf bakery goods Ive tried. Their pound cake is my favorite! They also sell frozen food from a nearby restaurant, that stuff is really good to!
absolutely phenomenal!!! they are very friendly and cater to any allergies!
BEST sandwich bread... soft and fluffy. I craved making sandwiches without toasting the bread and therefore hadn't had a PB&J in ages. I ate the entire loaf in two days!!! Their cupcakes are to die for! Frozen entrees you can take home too. I don't live close, but it's always worth the drive.
Yes
Everything we have tried has been fantastic. The dinner rolls & sandwich bread is delicious
Amazing!
Absolutely incredible. Completely dedicated gluten free bakery. If you can't have gluten you MUST go here. I live in a smaller city in Iowa so my options are very limited, but every time I come to Chicago I have to go to Sweet Ali's. the first time I came here the lady could tell it was my first time. She was so helpful and made so many recommendations. Their chocolate chip cookies have won awards. My fiancé is not a gluten free person, but she still says it's the best chocolate chip cookie she has ever had. It seems like they provide for a lot of restaurants in the area too.
Great options, very tasty. Has both sweets and savory items.
