My server did not know what celiac is, but the kitchen does seem to be vigilant with their gluten-free pancakes, as I did not get sick from eating them. Their pancakes aren't good, though.
I had an omelette and pancakes and did not get sick. Great reasonably priced breakfast/lunch spot with huge portions. They have gf Belgian waffles on the menu too that I’ll have to try next time.
The server said they could only guarantee that the pancakes and waffles are celiac safe (which was disappointing since their menu is huge). The waffle was fine, but I would have appreciated more options.

Delicious skillets and gf pancakes. GF waffles available as well. Large portions.
Dedicated griddle for gluten free! They have so many different pancake options. I had the blueberry and they were absolutely delicious. They give such big portions that I have breakfast for days.
