great place to find GF bread and the rolls are so good you can't tell they are GF. My 11yr. old daughter who is not a GF eater fights for them! the only issue I have had is that the cookies are made with garbanzo bean flour, they are amazing but gass is an issue and being Gluten intolerant this is the issue that plagued me the most! I don't need to to be gassy and bloated on purpose!! : (
