Review of Sweet Caribou

The best sandwich you’ll find in Alaska. The bread is sensational and just so soft and perfectly balanced in every way. We got macarons and gluten free sandwiches. The Brayton. Add smoked Turkey. Wow! The service and quality is incredible. 10/10. They know their gluten free options and info. No need to worry. Do understand that their bread contains wheat starch however. But that’s not a big issue for us. The flavors of the food and macarons cannot be matched.
