Popped in after seeing these guys on Facebook, did not disappoint; caters for gluten free and has a selection of dairy free too! 🥳 I opted to start with the chocolate brownie. Wow! Most intensely decadent brownie I’ve ever had. Will definitely return to try more of their wonderful goodies!

From the owner
At Sweet Generations we have a separate back kitchen for gluten free baking whereby ovens, equipment, utensils are purely for gf and where gf ingredients are stored. We are pleased to say 90% of our products are gf, the non-baked products which are done in our front kitchen are not (contain gluten) these have separate allocated utensils and equipment.
Gf and non-gf are prepared at separate times with different colour aprons worn and gf days. Staff can answer your questions about our controls. Gluten free bakes are displayed on turquoise boards above the minority non gf bakes on pink boards. Staff serve all customers, regardless of intolerances, using a fresh pair of gloves and will select gf bakes first prior to non gf to prevent cross contamination. Gf bakes are stored separately and can be boxed separately if varied purchases of bakes are made, just let us know. If you have other allergies we can advise on products suitable. Allergen notices are provided on ordered products.
Our Gluten Free bakes are... brownies, blondies, flapjacks (if tolerant of gf oats), cookies, cookie bars and millionaires, cheesecakes, including cheesecake and chocolate mousse filled eggs. Fresh sponge cakes, cupcakes, cake pots, black forest fresh cream gateaux, scones, sugar and cinnamon ring doughnuts and more. We don't offer all of this all of the time as we are a small family run business making everything ourselves however follow our facebook or instagram page to see updates posted of tempting treats. Oh and we do birthday, wedding and other occasion cakes too...your guests won't notice it's gf. We are based along Marshall road in Plympton in Chantry Mill Court, we have inside seating to stop for a coffee or choose to take away. Come and see what we offer and say Hi!

We had a gluten free birthday cake from this shop yesterday and it was fantastic. It looked amazing and tasted great too. Upon collecting the cake Sarah, the owner of this shop, explained to us that it was prepared in a separate area in the kitchen and baked in a separate oven to avoid cross-contamination. There was an allergen list stuck to the cake box as well! We've had gluten free doughnuts from this shop before which were great. I highly recommend this bakery, it's worth following them on Facebook as they often introduce new bakes.
