We stopped close to the end of the day and they still had plenty of GF options left in their case! Sweet bliss (chocolate cake cream sandwich covered in chocolate), scones, and quiche! Seemed like they understood cross contamination and used fresh serving paper or utensils to get things out, even though they were in a shared case.

Sweet Life Cakery has the best gluten free scones. They also have a gluten free version of their signature treat the Sweet Bliss. It's like a gourmet ding dong. They have some gluten free and Vegan cakes, cupcakes, cookies and quiche. Everything they make tastes so good you wouldn't know it's gluten free!
