They cater to gluten preferences not allergy or celiac. Careful when ordering dishes, they say they can make it gluten free but are not knowledgeable on cross contamination. They only sub the soy sauce for gluten free soy sauce but your dishes will include other ingredients that are not gluten free such as marinated bean curd & other sauces. They also don’t tell you all of their pork and beef is marinated in flour.
