Sweet Melody Ice Cream

I'm torn because they do have a lot of GF choices and the ice cream flavors are delicious, but the managment/staff are not knowledgeable about what does and does not count as gluten and we found several flavors labeled as GF that clearly weren't.

For example, they have a Biscoff ice cream that says GF but in small print also says that the allergens include wheat... we missed the fine print when we ordered and assumed they made it with a GF version of the cookies.

Pistachio ice cream was the same; it said GF but allergens included wheat.

Would suggest proceeding only after reading ingredients on pint labels.
