A fun new ice cream made with liquid nitrogen right in front of you. They also have dairy free. Tons of fun flavors (cardamom). Not labeled on menu yet as they just opened, but they know which flavors are safe and will label soon. I just asked about gf and the guy taking my order immediately called out an allergy and insisted mine get a glove change and 100% fresh clean utensils, bowls, etc. I felt safe. Same owners as NaanTastic
