Sweet Pea's Ice Cream

Long line. Went to their website for allergen information before we walked inside. I can only do frozen yogurt or vegan ice cream. No vegan ice cream. Only a few gluten-free frozen yogurt options on the menu, and they were out of all but one. It was fine. Nothing to write home about. No gluten free cones. Disappointing.

Staff not very helpful. I was initially told nothing is gluten free, but then was given an allergen list. There are a few GF options.

I stopped for ice cream in August 2022. When I asked if certain flavors were gluten free, the server handed me an ingredient list and I was surprised that flavors that usually are gf, like butter pecan and maple walnut, were not. I ended up getting mint chip. It was tasty and I did not get sick. The server offered to scoop it from a new tub and wash the scooper.

If you go, just ask to see the ingredient list because most of the flavors were not gf even if they did not obviously contain gluten.
