I didm not sure I went to the same place as the July 2022 review. There was no tour here. I have no clue where the candies were made or dipped, and gluten free was definitely NOT the norm.
The place was busy and under staffed so getting help was nearly impossible. There was no one stationed behind the counter so you could select hand made treats.
The prepackages treats were either not labeled or had the may contain wheat / processed in a facility that processes wheat statement.
The handmade items behind the counter were mixed together - no gluten free vs not gluten free sections. Some of the items had labeling with the name of the item and allergens. Some just had the name of the item. Some had nothing at all.
Regardless. As I mentioned above, the chances of cross contamination were extremely high. I walked out.
I didn't eat in the restaurant, so can't speak to that.

Amazing! The entire candy making kitchen is gluten free. The products that contain gluten are dipped in a separate kitchen. It was so cool that the gluten free was the “norm” and the gluten was separate from the main attraction. The tour is so fun and they even mention the gluten free throughout the tour! We LOVE this place.

Had a great visit! Menu has a few options including GF bread and buns. Menu clearly states fries contain gluten (thank you!). Server was unsure if ice cream contained gluten but happy to share container to help me check ingredients (thanks for that too!).
