I called about their GF menu and the woman said that they only have vegetables and GF soy sauce, very limited GF menu since the rice has vinegar in it and everything is made w soy paper or soy sauce.

Delicious poke bowls, great quality of fish, AND the person serving me was very respectful about meeting my gf needs: she knew a lot of what was and wasn’t gluten free and the things that have multiple ingredients that she wasn’t sure about she went and checked with kitchen staff. Also, as far as poke places go, definitely more gf friendly because they don’t put soy sauce in everything (ie I could eat the seaweed salad and spicy tuna!). Just avoid the imitation crab, fried things, and any of the soy based sauces and you’ll be golden!!!
