I found a place called gluten-free Thai temptations but I could only find it on doordash. When I googled it it seems the place didn't exist. So I went to the address on doordash and it turns out it's located in a restaurant called sweet rice Laos and Thai eats. The owner, I believe that's who it is, said that it too expensive to change the sign but that they started using gluten-free sauces to make lots of dishes gluten-free. I had the pad kee mao, which you can never get a Thai restaurant gluten free. I hope the waitress understood me because it tasted exactly like regular pad kee mao. Really good! I'm hoping a lot of people will go there and try out their gluten free food. Because if celiacs are getting sick it's going to get bad reviews and I won't go again. But I don't always get symptoms so not quite sure if it was safe or not. Anyways because I have extensive gluten-free list I am hopeful.!!
